We Want You On Pico

The Pico Improvement Organization announces its Business Incentive Program designed to attract new businesses to Pico Boulevard. The PIO will offer up to $1,200 worth of promotional services for every new business that is in the process of moving to Pico, or an existing Pico business that is in the process of relocating to a new address on Pico. The service includes the printing and neighborhood delivery of promotional door hangers welcoming your business to the Pico community.

The Pico Boulevard district in the City of Santa Monica contains a growing number of attractions, businesses, art galleries, one-of-a-kind clothing boutiques, coffee shops, and more. A zone of small clubs, cafés, Trader Joe's, and the critically acclaimed restaurants Upper West, Valentino, and Lares are found along the Eastern sector of the boulevard; while Vidiots, Bay Shore Lanes Bowling Alley, Shutters on the Beach, Casa del Mar and the Viceroy hotels mark Pico's western terminus.

Major landmarks include the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, McCabe's Guitar Shop, the Morgan-Wixson Theatre, Virginia Avenue Park, Santa Monica College and Santa Monica High School.

The right candidate is knowledgeable of effective social media practices that reach our target audience, as well as having the capability of building a network. Additionally, the candidate will assist our current Resident Member in maintaining relationships and communication between merchants, residents, and City personnel. Salary DOE.
